We ship via USPS. Rates are determined by the size of your order. Please email hello@cozy-hearted.com with any questions.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Email hello@cozy-hearted.com within 14 days of delivery to schedule a return/exchange. Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Please note the following: 

•  All returns must be unused and unwashed, be returned in the original packaging, have all tags still attached, and come from a smoke-free environment.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their item back. Once the product has been received and inspected we will notify you of the status of your return. 
• Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for the item and will be credited to the original payment method.  Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund on returns.
• Include your name and order number with your return package.
